Chamber income settlement software to the last paisa
Serial and queue, chamber-wise fees, and automatic FULL / SPLIT / RENT settlement — daily and monthly, paisa-exact. Built for a working Bangladeshi doctor who runs several chambers, not a hospital ERP.
In short
Chamber income settlement software is the tool that runs the money side of a doctor's chamber — the patient serial and queue, the fee per visit, and how each visit's money is shared with the chamber owner. Prescriply tags every visit to its chamber and settles it automatically under a FULL, SPLIT or RENT model, paisa-exact, into daily and monthly statements — so a doctor working across several chambers gets an exact per-chamber statement without a spreadsheet.
Why the money side matters: Bangladesh has just 0.722 physicians per 1,000 people (World Bank, 2023), so a working doctor often runs several chambers at once, seeing patients across 16,979 private healthcare institutions (BBS Survey of Private Healthcare Institutions, 2021) nationwide — and with 185 million mobile connections in Bangladesh (DataReportal, 2025), more patients book and pay across those chambers than any paper ledger can reconcile. Prescriply settles each one automatically.

How does chamber income settlement software work?
Chamber income settlement software tags every visit to the chamber it happened in, applies that chamber's share model, and rolls each side's cut into a statement. Prescriply does this in paisa integers under three models — FULL, SPLIT and RENT — closing daily chambers per Dhaka day and monthly chambers at Dhaka month-end, so a multi-chamber doctor gets one exact statement per chamber instead of a shoebox of counter slips.
The fee is decided first, because settlement is only ever as accurate as the number that feeds it. Each chamber sets three fees — a new-patient fee, a report fee, and a follow-up fee — and the visit type chosen at registration selects the right one automatically. A follow-up inside the chamber's free-follow-up window is charged ৳0, handled by the same rule, so the front desk never guesses and the amount that reaches settlement is never hand-typed.
FULL, SPLIT and RENT — the three chamber models, paisa-exact
Almost every chamber arrangement in Bangladesh reduces to one of three share models. Which one applies is a property of the chamber, set once — not a decision made afresh at each visit — so once it is recorded, every visit at that chamber settles correctly on its own.
| Model | Doctor keeps | Chamber keeps | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| FULL | The whole fee | Nothing per visit | Your own chamber, or where you owe no per-visit cut |
| SPLIT | An agreed % (e.g. 70%) | The remainder (e.g. 30%) | Hospitals & diagnostic centres that share consult income |
| RENT | Gross minus a fixed monthly rent | A fixed monthly rent | A rented room where you keep the full consult income |
The word paisa-exact is doing real work here. The moment you divide a fee by a percentage, rounding creeps in. Prescriply stores every amount as an integer number of paisa (৳1 = 100 paisa) and only rounds at display. For a SPLIT it computes the doctor's share by integer paisa division and derives the chamber's share by subtraction, so the two shares always sum back to the exact gross fee — no half-paisa leaks across a month of visits. RENT deducts the fixed rent once per month, not per visit, and a month that has not begun accrues no rent at all.
Daily or monthly — settled on the Dhaka calendar
The share model decides how to divide; the closing schedule decides when to settle. A daily chamber — where the counter collects the fee and hands over your share the same evening — closes per Dhaka day. A monthly arrangement — a fixed rent, or a percentage tallied at month-end — accrues through the month and closes at Dhaka month-end. Every window is the Asia/Dhaka calendar day or month, the same boundary the queue, serial reset, dashboard and reports use, so a patient seen at 10 PM never lands in yesterday's books. You can read the open balance of the current period at any time, so closing day is never a surprise. See it working in the interactive product demo.
What happens if a visit is registered after a period is settled?
A settled chamber period recomputes live if a late visit lands in it — the report never trusts a stale total. A settled batch speaks for the money only while it still owns every non-cancelled visit in its window. The instant a late visit lands in that window without being part of the batch, the settled total stops being authoritative and the four money read models — /reports, /earnings, the settlement board and the doctor CSV export — fall through to a live recompute over the visits that actually exist. It is a read-time recompute, not a real-time alert: nothing pings your phone; the number is simply correct the next time you open the report, and the board asks you to re-settle. Revenue can never quietly vanish from one screen because a patient arrived after the handover.
The second moat: BM&DC-verified prescription authenticity
Settlement is one of Prescriply's two differentiators. The other is trust in the prescription itself. A doctor submits their BM&DC registration number and a Prescriply admin reviews it; once approved, the doctor carries a Verified badge and every prescription gets a public authenticity link — and a QR — that a patient or pharmacy can open to confirm it was issued by that doctor account and has not been altered. This is a manual admin review of a self-reported number, not an automated check against the BM&DC register, and Prescriply never issues a prescription without a doctor account behind it. It pairs naturally with the rest of the practice: the same account writes structured, shareable prescriptions with online prescription software and settles the chambers they were written in.

Serial & queue
Give patients a serial and run the waiting queue from any device — no more paper serial register at the front desk.
Scoped assistant accounts
Let an assistant register patients, take fees and run the queue for chambers you allow — without touching prescriptions.
BM&DC-verified Rx authenticity
Once your registration is verified, every prescription carries a Verified badge and a public authenticity link a patient or pharmacy can check.
How settlement works
Settle every chamber in four steps
You just see patients. The money math happens on its own.
- 1
Tag the visit to a chamber
Every visit is registered against a chamber and its fee (new, report or follow-up).
- 2
Apply the share model
Prescriply applies that chamber's FULL, SPLIT or RENT terms to the fee — to the last paisa.
- 3
Roll into statements
Shares accrue into daily and monthly statements on the correct Dhaka window.
- 4
Read your earnings
Open one report to see what each chamber earned, what's outstanding and what's yours.
Example
One patient, ৳500 fee, SPLIT 70/30
- Doctor share (70%)৳350.00

FAQ
Chamber income settlement, answered
What is chamber income settlement software?
Chamber income settlement software runs the money side of a doctor's chamber: the patient serial and queue, the fee charged per visit, and how each visit's money is split between the doctor and the chamber owner. Prescriply does all three and rolls the shares into paisa-exact daily and monthly statements automatically.
What is the difference between FULL, SPLIT and RENT chamber models?
In FULL the doctor keeps the whole fee and owes the chamber nothing per visit. In SPLIT the fee is divided by an agreed percentage — say the doctor keeps 70% and the chamber 30%. In RENT the doctor keeps the gross fees but pays the chamber a fixed monthly rent regardless of patient volume. Prescriply computes all three in paisa integers, so the two shares always add back to the exact fee.
How does chamber-wise fee and settlement work?
Every chamber keeps its own fees (new, report and follow-up) and its own share model — FULL, SPLIT or RENT. When you see a patient, Prescriply tags the visit to that chamber, picks the right fee for the visit type, and computes each side's share to the last paisa, then totals it into statements closed per Dhaka day (daily chambers) or Dhaka month-end (monthly chambers).
Can an assistant run the serial and queue without seeing prescriptions?
Yes. You can invite an assistant with a scoped account that manages patient registration, serials, the waiting queue and fees for the chambers you allow — but cannot create or edit prescriptions. Prescribing stays with the doctor.
Does it work across multiple chambers?
Yes — multi-chamber is the core of Prescriply. Each chamber keeps its own schedule, fees and settlement terms, and your earnings are tracked separately per chamber so you always know what each one made.
How does Prescriply make a prescription verifiable?
A doctor submits their BM&DC registration number and a Prescriply admin reviews it; once approved, the doctor carries a Verified badge and every prescription gets a public authenticity link (and QR) a patient or pharmacy can open to confirm it was issued by that doctor account and has not been altered. It is a manual admin review, not an automated check against the BM&DC register.
Is the settlement engine free?
Yes. The full chamber revenue and settlement engine is included on every plan, including the Free plan (30 prescriptions in total, no monthly reset). You only pay to remove the prescription limit or add assistant seats.
What if a visit is registered after a chamber period is already settled?
A settled chamber period recomputes live if a late visit lands in it — the report never trusts a stale total. Prescriply checks a settled period against the visits that actually exist every time you open the settlement board, /reports, /earnings or your CSV export — so revenue can never disappear from one of them because a visit arrived after the handover. Worst case, it simply asks you to re-settle that period.
